I got this recipe from my dearest frnd who was staying in the same flat, i never have heard abt a thoran / bhujiya with cauliflower.I used to make masala curry with it and every week making tht become so boring.Once i tasted this toran from her house .It was so tasty that i asked her to give me rice too .. ( i had that freedom to ask her :) )..She served me with rice sambar and this toran..It was really amazing...Now she got settled in kerala and i really miss her a lot After my college day, i got such a good frnd ..and this dish is dedicated to u my dearest frnd ....:)

Method:
- Detach the cauliflower and soak it in luke warm water with salt. Keep it for half an hour
- Drain the water and wash it again in cold water for once again
- Grate it one by one ..:)
- Heat oil in a non stick pan, add the finely chopped onion , ginger and green chillies .
- Saute until the onion becomes light brown.
- Now add the grated cauliflower, turmeric pwd and salt and mix well.
- Close the pan with lid and keep for 3- 5 mintues in med flame.
- Mean while , beat the egg in a bowl with a pinch of turmeric pwd and salt
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, move this to side and make gap at the centre.
- Pour the beaten egg to the gap and stir it well.
- Once the egg gets soldified, mix the cauliflower to it and saute well
- Keep the flame low.
- After 1 minute switch off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander ( optional).
- Serve with rice and sambar
