From last two three days,when ever i open the fridge , a packet of strawberry looks at me and smile, but i ignored it and took the other veggies. The ignorance was not due to the hatred, but was having an idea of making jam. But last week i made pineapple jam and it was left behind. If i make new one, then pineapple jam will be left un noticed.So i postponded the idea of mix fruit jam. Husband ji noticed and took the side of strawberry. So decided to make smoothie ..as yday was sunday, sitting infront of tv and having a smoothie in hands ..its a good idea..So my strawberries got attention yday ..

Method:
1.Wash thoroughly, remove the green stem and cut the strawberries into four and add it to the juicer mixer together with all other ingredients.
2. Blend for 4- 5 minutes.
3. Serve immediately..:)

TIPS:
1.
Can add 1 tsp of vanilla essence together
with the ingredients.
2.
Use low fat / toned milk .
