As every child , my son is also a lover of shakes.Now a days i
try to avoid the store bought health drinks and makes shakes with fruits .Last
day i have posted cherry banana shake.Today its simply banana shake.Very easy
to make.And surely recommend to give
this to ur kids.I made this shake with NENTHRA PAZHAM( Its a variety of banana
that we get from south ).Now outside kerala too its available in Indian or
kerala stores. This variety is the most healthiest banana.So i recommend to use
this banana. If no available try with robesta or any other variety.
INGREDIENT:
RIPEND BANANA

MILK ( chilled )
|
1 CUP
|
HONEY / SUGAR
|
2 TBLSP / 1 TBLSP
|
CARAMEL SAUCE
|
1 TBLSP ( OPTIONAL )
|
METHOD:
- First blend the banana ( otherwise chances of remaing pieces is more
- Then add the milk, honey/ sugar, caramel sauce ( if adding, add it now)
- Blend well for 2 minutes.
- Serve chilled.
