A simple and kids friendly dish, easy to make....i got this recipe from my chedathi amma( sister in law)...She made this for breakfast ...but i feel it much better for evening snack...any way its upto u...when ever u make kids will love it...If u find the bread got broken up..dont throw it away...lets make bread upma
Ingredients:
1. Brown
bread / white bread

4 slices

2. Egg
|
2 nos
|
3. Onion
|
2 nos
|
4. Green
chillies
|
2 nos
|
5. Ginger
|
a small
piece
|
6. Curry
leaves
|
1 stem
|
7. Maggie
magic masala
|
1 tsp
|
8 .Salt
|
1/2 tsp ( as
per taste)
|
9. Oil
|
1/2 tblsp
|
Method :
1. Cut the bread slices into small pieces, beat egg with beater/ just with a fork or spoon , chop the onions and green chillies into fine, grate the ginger of make tiny pieces....
2. In a kadai, heat oil, add the onion, green chillies, ginger and curryleaves and saute until onion turns light brown...
3.Add the maggie magic masala to it ( u can substitute with any other masala)....and saute.
4. Add beatened egg to it, together with salt.....and saute until the egg gets cooked well..

5. Now add the bread pieces and mix well and keep in low flame closing the lid for 1 mint...
Serve it hot for breakfast or with evening tea....
