INGREDIENTS:
MANGO

YOGURT
|
1 and 1/2 CUP
|
HONEY
|
2-3 TBLSP
|
CARDAMOM
|
½ TSP
|
VANILLA ESSENCE
|
2 TSP
|
METHOD:
- Wash, peel and cut the mangoes into small pieces
- Add all the ingredients into a blender or juicer grinder
- Blend it for 3 minutes
- Pour it into the mould and keep in the freezer for 3 hrs
- After 3 hrs show it under running water for some times.
- Try to pull the popsicle slowly.
- Have it instantly,
Tips:
1.Use fresh yogurt and less sour.
2. Adjust the qty of honey according to the sweetness of the mango.
3. If their is no mould , you can also try with paper cup and icecream
sticks.
4. From my experience it will be better if the mangoes are grounded first, then add all other ingredients.
