MANGO YOGURT POPSICLE / MANGO LASSI POPSICLE

During summers weekly we used to have outings by walking and an ice cream is a must. My son used to demand for popsicles and i deny him for two reasons, his shirts will get designed  for sure  :P  and  the colour thts added ..Though his face become dull but as he is now a  bigg boyy , understands well.So he choose in cone varieties...As i dont have popsicle mould with me and neither our near by shops do have them.So adjusted with my kulfi mould.


INGREDIENTS:



MANGO
2
YOGURT
1 and 1/2 CUP
HONEY
2-3 TBLSP
CARDAMOM
½ TSP
VANILLA ESSENCE
2 TSP



 METHOD:
  •  Wash, peel and cut the mangoes into small pieces
  • Add all the ingredients into a blender or juicer grinder




  • Blend it for 3 minutes
  • Pour it into the mould and keep in the freezer for 3 hrs




  • After 3 hrs show it under running water for some times.
  • Try to pull the popsicle slowly.
  • Have it instantly,


Tips:
1.Use fresh yogurt and less sour.
2. Adjust the qty of honey  according to the sweetness of the mango.
3. If their is no mould , you can also try with paper cup and icecream sticks.
4. From my experience it will be better if the mangoes are grounded first, then add all other ingredients.
