Delhi started to burn, though the ac and cooler do help to beat this heat, the drinks always keeps to be cool from inside.Yday husband bought cherries. Actually i was abt to post banana shake today, as i got the cherries too, the shake became cherry banana. Your kids will love this.We love to have cherries as it is.
INGREDIENTS:
CHERRIES

1 CUP
|
BANANA
|
1
|
MILK
|
1 CUP
|
HONEY
|
1 TBLSP
|
METHOD:
- If the cherries are not pitted , do it first. Cut and remove the seed.
- Blend the banana and cherries first.
- Then add the milk and honey if req.
- Blend it for 1 minute
- Serve chilled ( if req, add ice cubes too )
Tips:
1. Use
cold milk.
2. Check the sweetness of the shake before adding
honey.
3 . Ice
cubes can be also be added.
4. If
no honey substitute with sugar.If so, add while blending itself.
5. Choose
cheeries which are ripened. ( souring taste will be very less )
