I am a sweet lover and my jr too... as i said i always make his fav dishes during exam time to boost his studies... though he starts to peep into the kitchen to watch the progress.Then i used to warn him that i will stop making..:p...poor kid again go and sit infront of books.Infact it used to encourage his studies. Today made atta ladoo as the ingredients are easily available at home..Though i have posted besan ladoo, rawa ladoo and boondi ladoo , some of my frnds asked for atta ladoo too..
Ingredients:
Method:
1. In this recipe u can add boora or powdered sugar.If adding powdered sugar, then grind the sugar and cardomom in a mixer grinder to fine pwd.
2. Also coarsely ground, the dry fruits..I used cashew and walnut.Its of ur choice.I grounded the dry fruits little more than coarse , bcoz, my son doesnt like the cashews.
3. In a pan, dry roast the wheat flour in sim- med flame. Roast until roasting smell comes and slightly colour changes.Stir continously otherwise chances for burning of the flour.
4. Allow it to cool. Transfer it to a wide plate or bowl
5. Then add the pwd sugar / boora , grounded dry fruits and melted ghee to the flour.
6. Mix well and take a fist full of flour and press with the hands to make ladoos.

TIPS:
1. Dont
compromise with the qty of ghee as it will be difficult to bind the ladoos
2. Pistachos
can be added to the ladoos while binding , but make a thin slices.
3. Take care while roasting the flour, it may get burned.
