CHILLY MUSHROOM

Winter started, and season for different different vegetables, and happy to make dishes for roti and chappathies..Garam garam parattas makes the day...During summers most of the curries are with potatoes which are least interested by my hus..as the varieties of veg are less ...That time dosas and idlies help to make different break fast..Normally i make mushroom masala..As this is my first mushroom dish in this season , thought to make a chinese..and came out good..Though i had made the chlliy chicken with the same recipe..chk this too...





Ingredients:

FOR MARINATION:


MUSHROOM
250 GMS
GINGER GARLIC PASTE
1 TSP
MAIDA
2 TBLSP
CORN FLOUR
1 TSP
RED CHILLY PWD
1 TSP
TURMERIC PWD
A PINCH
SALT
AS PER TASTE
OIL
FOR FRYING
 
 FOR GRAVY


ONION
2 MED
GARLIC  CLOVE
4-5 FINELY CHOPPED
GREEN CHILLIES
3 FINELY CHOPPED
SOYA SAUCE
1 TBLSP
RED CHILLY SAUCE
1 TSP
TOMATO SAUCE
1TBLSP
CAPSICUM
1 MED
SPRING ONION
HAND FUL  CHOPPED


Method:





  • Cut the mushroom into four.
  • In a bowl add , Maida, Cornflour,Redchilly pwd, Turmeric pwd , ginger garlic paste and salt
  •  Mix this ingredient with little water, the consistency of this batter must be thick, other wise it wont gets sticked to the mushroom

 
  • Keep it in fridge for 15 mints
  • Then in a kadai, add oil and deep fry the marinated mushrooms and keep it in a tissue paper .





  • In a pan , add little oil, and add the diced onion, chopped garlic, green chillies and saute for few seconds


 

  • When the onion gets softened add the diced capsicum and saute


 


  • After few seconds, add the soya sauce and redchilly sauce and saute for a few seconds


 
 


  • Add the fried chilly mushrooms and mix well
  • Now add the tomato sauce and spring onion and mix well


 
 


  •  After a few seconds switch off the flame
