WATER MELON JUICE / SUGAR BABY JUICE

As the temperature rises to  45 degree , and was feeling so tired , the only way to beat was the drinks . Consuming water melon in any form helps to keep us hydrated. So times  i combine with lemon juice too.  In any forms this is one of the favourite drinks.

INGREDIENTS:

WATER MELON
2 CUPS  (CHOPPED)
SUGAR / HONEY( OPTIONAL )
AS PER TASTE
ICE CUBES
5-6 NOS
LIME JUICE ( OPTIONAL )
1 /2 TBLSP

 METHOD:

  • Cut the water melon and remove the flesh part from the thick skin. ( i used my ladle to remove )

  •  Transfer it to the juicer jar, and if adding sugar and lime juice, then add it now ( i didnt added both). My melon was naturally sooo sweet.
  • Blend it for 1 minute and strain through the straine

  • Pour it to the serving glass and add ice cubes.

Tips:
1.       Sugar / honey is optional.  If the melon is sweet enough then no need to add.
2.       Adding lime juice gives a good taste .
3.       Rose syrup can also be added to it .If adding add it at last.
4.    While blending, first give a pluse, remove the jar and shake well, and again blend. This will help to blend easily.
