CHICKEN WITH BEEF MASALA

After a short gap got time to compose .....last month went really hectic
...during this time i tried to make chicken with beef masala..and guys it came fantastic....We dont buy beef at home,but during my vaccation visit to kerala , i bought beef masala from thr...and tried to make chicken with tht and it was a success...




Ingredients :


 CHICKEN
 250 gms
 ONION
 2 BIG
 GINGER-GARLIC PASTE
 1 TSP
 TOMATO
 1 NO
 CORIANDER PWD
 3 1/2 TSP
 TURMERIC PWD
 1/4 TSP
 CHILLY PWD
 1/2 TSP
EASTERN  BEEF MASALA
 1TSP
 PEPPER PWD
 1/2 TSP


 SALT
AS PER TASTE
 CURRY LEAVES AND GREEN CHILLIES
 2 / 3 STEMS
 
 Methods:

  •  In a pressure cooker , add the chicken, pepper pwd ,turmeric pwd ,salt and little water.
  • Give two whistles, and keep it aside 
  • In a kadai, heat oil , then add sliced onion, green chillies and curry leaves
  • Once the onion gets soften, add the ginger garlic paste
 






  •  Saute this until the onion turns golden brown
  • Mean while, in a small kadai, add the coriander pwd, chilli pwd and beef masala and heat it in slow flame until a roasted smells comes ..
  • Add chopped tomato and saute until it gets meshed



  • Once the tomatoes are well meshed, add the roasted powders to it and saute well for few seconds

  •  Now add the cooked chicken together with the water in it and saute well and cook for few minutes


Chicken with beef masala is readyy


NB:
  • Take care while roasting the masalas,bcoz it is the taste maker and if it gets burned, the whole taste will be.....so  always do in slow flame and saute it continously..
  • While cooking  chicken add only abt 1/2 cup of water, the chicken itself gives out some water...
