Method:
- Add small pieces of apples , guava and sugar to a juicer,blend it for a minute.
- Then add the milk which is in semi frozen ( keep the milk in freezer for 2 hrs )
- Blend all together for 2 minutes
- If u doesnt like the seeds, just strain the mixture using strainer and serve chilled
NB:
- Substitute the sugar with honey ...
- Use full cream milk...
