Summer summer summer, Delhi is burning..its the time for shakes and juices,though its said that too much of Mango's increases the body heat, we love mangoes and as this is the seasons of mango ,wht to do then...so giving a gap of two days , in my house thr will be mango dishes or varieties...Today its a shake...kids will love to have it...u can substitute this with routine milk ....its soooo easy to make...make take only 5 mints ...so here is the recipe....
INGREDIENTS:
Mango

1 Big
|
Milk
|
1/ 2 L
|
Sugar
|
2 tblsp
|
Tutti
frutti
|
1 tblsp
|
Vanilla
Ice-cream
|
1 scoop /
glass

METHOD:
1. Cut mangoes into pieces and put it into a juice jar , add sugar and milk to it ...
2. Blend the mixture..until it gets into complete paste..Pour it into serving glass and add a scoop of ice cream and a tsp of tutti frutti to it...

1. Mangoes must be fleshy and more sweet..add
sugar according to the sweetness as personal choice.
2. Use cool boiled milk
3. Together with tutti frutti, u can also add
crushed cashew nuts and badam as per taste
