My son was behind me for cake for days and as his exams were going on...i was not getting extra time ...first i thought of making pound cake and then cup cake..but as i have only 6 moulds with me, it will take lots of time to cook...so i made a mix up of pound cake and cup cake...Pound cake means the ingredients like flour,butter,egg and sugar must be 1:1:1:1 ratio..so i named it as TUTTY FRUTTI CAKE....
Ingredients:
1. Maida /
all purpose flour

100 gms

4. Milk

1 1/2 cup

3/4 cup

6. Cooking
soda

frutti

8.Vanilla
essence

( all the ingredients must be in room temperature)
Method:
1. In a large bowl, beat the sugar and butter... beat it abt 10 mints...
2.Sieve the maida and soda twice....
3. Now break the eggs one by one into the beatened mixture and lightly mix it with spoon or beater .. when one egg gets mixed up well , then add the next..now add the vanilla essence to it and mix..
4. To this mixture add one tblsp of maida mix and with a spoon or a mixer mix with out forming lumps...
5.Then add little milk to it and mix..again add the maida mix...repeat this procedure until whole maida and milk completes
6. Add the tutty frutti to it..the cake dough must not be tooo thick nor tooo thin..it must be free falling from spoon..
8.Mean while apply butter to whole bowl/ baking pan in which ur going to make the cake...u can use a brush or do it with ur hands
9 Now dust this bowl or pan with little bit maida whole over the sides..
10.Pour the cake mix into the cake bowl...when the oven is preheated, keep the cake into it for baking...set the time to 35 mints..
11. After 30 mints ..take a tooth pick , insert into centre of the cake and if its wet ,bake the cake again for 5 mints ...repeat this in btw too...

12. Once the cake is cooked, take it outside.
13. Allow the cake to cool
14.Once the cake is cooled, run a knife or a spatula around the edges of the cake..
15. Now place a flat plate over the cake bin, hold both the cake pan and plate and flip it ...
16. The cake will be transformed to the flat plate or a steel wired surface..
17.Cut or design according to ur desire
